The New Jersey Devils have acquired defenseman Sami Vatanen and a conditional draft pick from the Anaheim Ducks for Adam Henrique, Joseph Blandisi, and a 2018 third-round pick. New Jersey would get a conditional third-round pick in 2019 if Henrique resigns with Anaheim before the 2019 draft. The same would happen if he resigns before the 2020 draft. If there is no resigning at all, no draft pick will convey to New Jersey.
