The two-week-long Asia Cup 2022 tournament is ending tonight, with Pakistan and Sri Lanka standing in the finals. They had already fought against each other just a couple of days ago, in the Super Four stage – where Sri Lanka took over Pakistan with a brilliant bowling performance.
Though Sri Lanka won the match eventually, it didn’t make any dent in Pakistan’s confidence. Yet, they had a lot to take from the fixture, which they’ll hopefully use to play better tonight. Even with the major bowlers missing, Pakistan seems to have the best bowling attack in this tournament while batting to being fairly reliable in the top order.
