Bryce Harper Out Indefinitely

As Bryce Harper was running to first base yesterday, he tripped up and it looked like he seriously hurt himself at first. However, Harper is still out indefinitely but there was no ligament or tendon damage to the knees. Harper has a significant bone bruise though, but he should be back sometime this season.

The Nationals are still command in the NL East with a 69-45 record. Harper’s batting average in 2017 so far is .326 with 29 homeruns and 87 RBI’s, along with two stolen bases. Other teammates like Ryan Zimmerman and Daniel Murphy could pick up the slack for him.
