Rodgers completed a 72-yard pass to Geronimo Allison in overtime to set up the 24-yard field goal by Mason Crosby and he made it to lift Green Bay to a 27-24 victory over the Cincinnati Bengals.
Allison finished with 6 catches for 122 yards receiving and he filled in for Randall Cobb because he was out with an chest injury. In the first quarter for the Bengals, A.J. Green caught a 10-yard touchdown pass from Andy Dalton. Green finished with 10 catches for 111 yards receiving and a touchdown. Later in the first, Rodgers threw a 1-yard touchdown pass to Lance Kendricks.
Giovani Bernard caught a 6-yard touchdown pass from Andy Dalton in the second-quarter. Bernard only caught 2 passes for 12 yards receiving and a touchdown. He only rushed for 27 yards on 3 carries. Rookie Joe Mixon lead the Bengals in rushing with 62 yards on 18 carries. Dalton completed 21-of-27 passes for 212 yards passing and 2 touchdowns. William Jackson returned an interception 75 yards in the second quarter for a touchdown for the Bengals.
In the third quarter, Rodgers threw a 1-yard touchdown pass to Jordy Nelson. In the fourth quarter, Rodgers threw a 3-yard touchdown pass to Jordy Nelson. Nelson finished with 6 catches for 52 yards receiving and 2 touchdowns.
